By building up a sequence of yoga asanas bit by bit, you will dive into a state of flow – directing your gaze from the outside inward and deepening the connection to yourself, and others. In this masterclass, Inside Flow Pro Teacher Ami combines her years of dance experience with her passion for yoga to introduce you to this unique style of yoga loved by a global community. Together, we will laugh, sweat, and feel all the feels – Inside Flow is challenging but all the more rewarding for it. And this masterclass is the perfect introduction, if you’ve not tried it yet! Ami Norton Ami first came to the mat in 2006 during her first year at university in England, and yoga has been a big part of her life ever since. After moving to Frankfurt, she visited her first Inside Yoga class and had an entirely new experience on the mat. Ami then decided to complete her teacher training at Inside Yoga in 2015. She is now an E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher and Inside Flow Pro Teacher, teaches weekly classes in Frankfurt and for her online community across the world, gives workshops and teacher training in Europe and Asia, and is a proud member of the teacher team at Inside Online. Dance and music have always played a huge role in Ami’s life. Today her passion for dance and music shape her teaching style, as she seeks to create a space for her students to dive deep within and cultivate a conscious connection to themselves. Her classes combine fluid movement and breath into creative flowing sequences, which she imparts with lightness and a smile on her face.
