“I fell in love with Inside Flow from the first class I attended and that love is growing deeper with every class I teach and training I take. Inside Flow is a joyful, playful, fun and liberating practice, you don’t have to be perfect, let the music guide you.
My regular yoga practice has become much stronger after practicing Inside Flow, it's a great addition to your Yoga Practice to strengthen the whole body."

Inside Flow was created by Young Ho Kim (scroll down for more info about him) and is an exciting, new way to practice Yoga. Based on vinyasa flow, Inside Flow links yoga poses with smooth and controlled transitions and is practised to the rhythm of the music. We move to the beat of the song. The speed of the music defines the speed of the breath, making this an intense breathing practice. Inside Flow has different sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music.
INSIDE FLOW YOGA
WHAT IS INSIDE FLOW?
Inside Flow is for all yogis who like to move fluently to modern music without beginning or end. A combination of yoga, music and choreography, think of singing a song with your body.

Pulsating, moving, graceful. Inside Flow is derived from Vinyasa Flow. It’s a flowing sequence of asanas guided by the breath and modern music. It’s a symbiosis of tradition and evolution. An Inside Flow class consists of a choreography of asanas set up to modern music. Every movement is initiated by the breath, synchronized with the inhalation and exhalation. We move to the beat of the song.
It’s the perfect yoga practice for everyone who loves dynamic and powerful flows and wants to improve their physical condition. Inside Flow is suitable for experienced and advanced Yogis. It is incredibly popular in Asia with some classes having up to 200 attendees flowing together!

Inside Flow was created by Young Ho Kim.
Young Ho was born in South Korea and moved to Germany as a teenager. After a very impressive career as a Martial Artist, he fell in love with yoga and learned from many styles with great teachers but found nowhere he really belonged.
After a long study, he came to the conclusion that he must blend all his knowledge to create a fusion of his own yoga. For more than 20 years Young Ho has travelled the world teaching and training internationally.
